wirelessdata  If you are having difficulty with your E-mail Account, please perform the following steps.  Please try accessing your e-mail account through our Web mail service before calling Customer Service.  If you can access your account through our Web mail service, your account is considered to be working.  If you cannot access your e-mail through off-the-shelf software, you will need to contact the product's manufacturer for technical support.


                            E-Mail address = yourname@tyonek.net  (yourname= the username you requested)
                            Username = your entire e-mail address including @tyonek.net
                            Password = the password you requested
                            Incoming mail server type = POP3
                            Incoming mail server = mx.tyonek.net   
                            Outgoing mail server type = SMTP
                            Outgoing mail server = mx.tyonek.net
 


Below is an example of how your E-mail Account Maintenance screen might look.
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, this screen is found under the Tools menu, to
E-mail Accounts.  Select the appropriate e-mail account and view it's properties.
Please note e-mail addresses and passwords are in lower case letters.
